MSI X470 Gaming Pro NOT POSTING

Hi guys so today i built my first pc and it does not want to post.Everything works the fans spin the gpu lights and the cpu cooler lights come on and the ram lights indicate that it is detected.The EZ Debug BOOT light stays on so i guess that is the problem. Now before you tell me to clear CMOS I already did and same result light stays on and pc wont post.

MOBO:MSI X470 Gaming Pro
RAM:2x8 Gskill Trident Z 3200 mhz
1 kingstone 240gb ssd
1tb WD Blue
2tb WD Blue
PSU:Seasonic Focus Gold 750w
EDIT:No os is installed because it wont post




EDIT 2:I tried CMOS again and this time the light is no longer on but the PC is still not posting

Update your post to include PSU, OS & Version?

Do you have access to BIOS?

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

Nope can't boot to bios or safe mode because it wont post any image

Starting on page 48 you will find the various LED's listed and what they indicate.

Take a closer look and see what you can discover.

Light isn't on anymore but pc still wont post

Are any LED's on?

If not then remove the two hard drives and try again.

Failing that, take all apart, inspect for damage, and carefully reassemble per manual. Hold on reinstalling the hard drives.

Hopefully the system will boot. If not, possible PSU or motherboard failure.

Your Motherboard is dead !! Change it from your dealer please and tell us what happened next !
