Hello everyone. I plan to buy a 2600x and I was wondering which of these two boards would be best. I know the asus one is 30€ more expensive but it may worth I don't know. I wouldn't ask if I was sure the CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 would run at 3000mhz on both motherboards. Will this ram run at 3000mhz in both motherboards? Also if it runs at 2933mhz in the msi one does it make any difference in gaming or not? Because I don't want to spend 30€ on the asus one and not get any advantage. So will this ram run at 3000mhz on the msi mobo? I think it will run at 3000 on the asus mobo because I checked the memory qvl and it says that this speed is supported. Thanks in advance.

Go with the MSI it wont disappoint you ;):D

Btw it supports up to 3466 Mhz. You wont feel any difference between 2933 to 3000Mhz in gaming.

Supported Ram Speed List: 1866,2133,2400,2667,2800,2933,3000,3066,3200,3466 Mhz
With all MBs with 400 series chipset and 2nd and 3rd gen Ryzen any RAM with practically any speed should work. With 2nd gen up to 3600MHz can work fine but 3200MHz should be quite enough.
300MHz actually shows at 2933 MHz because of BCLK (there's samo higher math involved here) is not exactly 100MHz but that doesn't impact actual performance because of low Cas latency.
From personal experience I would recommend Asus board, it's already compatible with 3rd gen Ryzen.

I have a question. Will this motherboard support the CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 because it's 5€ more expensive than the other ram I mentioned and I think it worths it.

Qvl list means they did run that exact ram module on that motherboard. It doesnt mean that your ram is not compitable with that mobo.

I have also CMK16GX4M2B3200C16R which is not in Msı x570 Gaming Edge Wifi QVL list but its working perfectly.
