Question MSI X570 A-Pro VGA Debug light but starts?

Hello Folks. First specs:

MSI X570 A Pro
Ryzen 7 3700x
32gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 ram
MSI RTX 2070 Super
CORSAIR RMx Series RM650x 2018 650W PSU
CRUCIAL P1 SSD 1TB, M.2
Noctua NH D15 SE
windows 10, 1909 build
all bios settings to auto
mem XMP 2.0 enabled
newest bios version

All new components, put together myself.

Everything worked fine until at some random point (I dont know what I updated that caused it) sometimes when I start my PC the boot first goes to a black screen for about 10 seconds. On this black screen there is the underscore cursor and it doesnt blink. VGA EZ Debug Light is solid red.

PC will restart automatically after 8-10 seconds and boots fine into windows, everything good at this point.

Checking Ryzen Master, CPU-Z, Memtest, everything works fine. Speeds are good, thermals are good.

I thought it was bios issue so I updated it to newest version, but problem persists.

I tried resetting CMOS by taking out battery and shorting the appropriate jumpers.

Tried reseating everything but the CPU since the Noctua tower is a bit time consuming to take out, clean, reseat.

Anyone have any idea?

soved it myself.. Once again reseated the GPU and it went away.
