Question MSI X570-A PRO

Hi. My motherboard have 2 m.2 slots
And all all of them have ✓on PCI-e
One of slots m.2 dont recognise my ssd
Samsung 970 evo plus
Second slots works great
What can i do, to know is it correct or no

I really don't now how i can correctly use bios to resove this problem

Hm, maybe i need to try buy ssd with PCI-e 4.0?
How i can see my cpu support only 3.0😩
But why the same m.2 ssd not visible on all 2 slots?
And if my cpu support only PCI-e 3.0 he cant work with 4.0?
