Question Msi x570 gaming edge red light (gpu) with Radeon 5700 xt

Just last night as I was booting up my pc, I got a red light on the mother board (vga) I looked to see what the problem was, I reconnected by gpu in the same slot as well as securing it in another spot and rebooting it, the red light is still there. I changed pcle cables and everything but nothing seems to work. All of the fans are running and the lights are on, I’m just unable to get my monitors turned on, (aoc 144, acer 60 hz). I don’t know if this will help solve the FPS problem, but I’m starting to think u should just give up and buy a prebuilt with the parts I sell.
