Question MSI X570 Tomahawk vs MSI X570 Unify ?

MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk vs MSI MEG X570 Unify

Was wondering if anyone could shed some light on these two motherboards. They are priced ~$100 apart from one another (when the Tomahawk is in stock) and from surface level, they seem pretty similar. I have done some base level research and here is what I can find some far as benefits for each.

Tomahawk:

• 2 more SATA ports
• Runs a bit cooler
• Crossfire Compatible
• $100 cheaper when available

Unify:

• 1 more M.2 slot
• SLI/Crossfire Compatible
• Better onboard Audio/Ethernet (saw this in a few comments but would love to see if this is the case)

Is there anything else that separates these two motherboards apart that I am missing? Maybe something not so obvious from looking at the base specs? Some videos I watched from tech reviewers were saying that the Tomahawk was the best $200 option but am curious if there are any other benefits of moving up the the MEG series of boards.
