What the title says. I tried different wiring and a different power supply that I know works (I was using the Corsair HX1200) and still nothing. The pilot light on the video card lights up, but nothing else does. I checked all the connections 10 times over and everything is right. The pilot on the power supply (EVGA 850G5) I'm using now turns on, but no power to the motherboard. I changed motherboard cables but that didn't help either. Pretty frustrating as I just built to other comps using the same tower but lower level MSI motherboards and they work great. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is a fully built PC with a CPU installed, correct?

You used ONLY the power cables that came with the PSU?
