Question MSI x58 Pro e

I'm working on a computer, the computer wont shut down. You power it off and it turns itself right back on. I've tried another power supply. Im sure it's the motherboard. It's a msi x58 pro e. Does anyone know what's going on and what I can do to fix this?

Are you sure it’s not a faulty power switch on the pc case? Could it be stuck in the on position?
