Have a new build I'm working on, and I ordered this mobo before I moved a month or so ago, so it's stayed in it's original package/safety packaging while I've moved. Pulled it out a week or so ago to test it before putting it in.

It powers up, then off, all the components work fine in my current build, the only thing that would be new is the mobo and CPU. Which is a Sandy Bridge-E Quad-Core 3.6GHz LGA 2011 130W.

I'd tried to RMA it, but it was 1 week past the RMA date.

Current PSU is a Corsair HX750. Recently new, ~4-5 months tops with a Corsair liquid cooling setup.

Any troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated, I'm semi-new to home builds. So any help is awesome!

Does it power off immediately? After a few seconds?

Just guessing you might have an incorrectly installed CPU Cooler or incorrectly applied Thermal Paste. Either of those can result in an automatic power-off due to an overheating CPU triggering emergency shutdown to prevent component damage.

I removed and re-applied the paste, as well as redid the mounting on the liquid cooling just to make sure it was all correct, cooler is flush with the CPU with a bit of pressure on it, and it's currently powering on, but giving no BIOS beeps or display on the monitor. PSU also spins up, and gives power, but after a few seconds the fan stops spinning on the PSU, which works in my current build. But I'll be using a spare PSU I have to see if it's just a PSU problems. Besides that, I'm not sure what else could be causing issues?
