Msi X99 SLI Plus. Two GPU dilemma. Need to separate them to pci-e 1 & 5 . Possible keeping 16x/16x?

There is a major difference between 16x/16x and 8x/8x. 20fps worth... But are you saying with this motherboard, if you did not have the wifi card on Pci-x 3, but only your gpu's on 1 and 5, you would have 16x/16x? If so, it's worth it.
