Build the system, all fans are running with no issues. Connected HDMI in graphics card to HDMI to monitor.
Two issues.
1. When i hit the power button, the PSU starts, stops and then starts again and then keeps running.
2. When the system starts the mobo debug code is 03 and the white light is on DRAM. Tried to add RAM to 1357 DIMM Slots, didnt boot(no signal on monitor). Tried to remove all RAMS and tried to move it from slots one to 4 and rebooting them, no luck, Tried to add two DRAMS to 2 and 4 as suggested by someone, didnt work no signal.
Wondering if really need a HDMI to VGA or is there something wrong with the MOBO or RAM.
Any help would be appreciated.
