Hi all,

Recently, I purchased a new Samsung nvme ssd with the intent of installing it into my msi motherboard; after I had installed it on the motherboard, I attempted to download the specified Samsung_NVM_Express_Driver_3.0 software and run it, but it stated it could not find the drive in question. Afterwards, I checked my pc's settings and disk management and found that my pc did not detect the drive. So, I checked my pc's bios to see why it would not detect this new drive, and I found that it does show the drive in the boot override list but does not show it in the m.2 port in the system status menu.

Any suggestions on how to rectify this problem and make the drive function properly would be greatly appreciated. I have so far been unable to find a solution to this problem in any other posted threads of similar topics.

It should have a warranty that I can use to get a replacement drive. Thank you for your assistance.
