MSi Z170 Gaming Pro AC CPU Help

Love this motherboard but have noticed I cannot control my CPU fan speed at all. I had a 212 EVO but now have a H100i GTX both plugged into the CPU Fan on the Motherboard and it doesn't matter whether I set it to Smart Fan Control or Manual 100% in the Bios, It does nothing. I have another build with the MSI Z170 Mortar and basically swapped the CPU coolers and both worked on the Mortar just fine and was able to control CPU fan speed. Any Suggestions?

1| have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

2| You may wan tot to test out running speedfan and see if there are any options to control the rpm of the fans with that particular application. Outside of that relative to your board, you can try out command center with the help of this guide.

3| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?

1. Install Fan-Controlling Software
2. Tweak Your BIOS Settings
3. Buy an External Fan Controller
