MSI Z170A Gaming M3 vs Asus Z170-K

i'm getting a PC made, with an i7 6700K. i may be able to change the MOBO to either of the above (if not too late) instead of the Asus H110M-A M2. can anyone say what the differences are of the two 170s? looking for speed. i do video and music rendering.

The MSI board looks more robust with more power delivery phases for the CPU, has the ALC 1150 as opposed to the ALC889 on the Asus and all but two ports are angled as opposed to 4 being surface mounted. The USB 3.1 ports on the MSI are driven by the Z170 chipset as opposed to the ASMedia controller on the Asus board.

I'd suggest the MSI over the other two boards.

the memory speeds compatible mention DDR4-3600(OC). do i have to do something to over-clock?
