Hey guys, so i got a MSI Gaming M5 Motherboard along with the Skylake i7 6700k today, i built it into my case and it all went without any problems.
Booted just fine i installed win 10 and started to download some basic stuff, while i was playing a game the screen randomly frooze for about 2-3 seconds and the pc crashed.

now everytime i try to boot up all i get is code "32" on the mainboard
and the monitor doesnt "react" at all.

i tried to move the ram sticks to other slots or to boot with just one.

i reinstalled the cpu and checked for bent pins (luckily found none)

now im pretty frustrated and really need some help because im not really a pro at this as u probably already figured.

I dont have another PSU but the one i have is currently powering an amd system so im pretty sure the psu is fine.

so heres the weird thing:

i got a 750watt PSU from a friend, connected it to my set up and it didnt start at all, the PSU is 100% working but not even the fans/lights were responding this time. i will just send the mainboard and the cpu in then

btw, i never did send anything pc related back so i have a couple questions

1. do i have to remove the thermal paste from the cpu ?
2. is there a chance that i can get a new cpu/motherboard if mine is brocken ? Im not sure because it worked before and crashed so they might think its my fault or whatever.

and thanks for all the replies btw.

You're welcome.
1. Yes. Try cleaning it with alcohol.
2. Yes. Before sending the board, check the CPU socket for bent pins and, if ok, put the plastic CPU socket cover back on the board.
If no visible damage on the board, there's no reason to refuse the RMA.

alright, thanks a lot, so if the mainboard is broken it is the second MSI board that i bought and had to send back in again.
What motherboard would you recommend (same socket and if possible same price range)
