MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X LGA 1151 - new rig, turns "on" with CPU light, DRAM light blank

I've tried loosening the cooler, different slots for RAM, and a few other things but nothing makes a light appear for DRAM, even a red light.

Please help!
