MSI Z170A Krait Gaming white light on motherboard

I have these parts, https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mingaparts/saved/#view=2N.... I put em together and everything went okay, until I tried to figure out how to get the fans in the case to work. Now their a light on the motherboard that is shining a bright white, unplugged everything and nothing seemed to work. I don't what i'm doing so now i'm just asking for help, first time build by the way.
P.S

Forgot to mention I did get to install windows 10 using a usb but thats as far as I got.

now trouble /debug led's for the most pat are red - some boards have a led that on when the board is powered or powered in stand by most times amber [to let you know the boards charged ] and nothing showed anything on that with this board?

even here at msi it shows the cpu vga and memory led's are red ?? [seems like msi is more concerned about hype then anything else looking at there support pages ]

manual I look at

may best start over and clear the cmos [bios back to default settings ] and redo to see if something just got out of whack ??

I'm gonna start again I guess, I also checked the website and the manual didn't help much. The ez debug leds that are on the board aren't showing anything I thought it was that at first.

ya, that's the thing I cant find nothing on any white led ?? so I assumed it was for to show the board still has power to it ???
