MSI Z270 Gaming M7 dual channel problem

Hello, i`m using a MSI M270 Gaming M7 + i7 7700k + 2x 8Gb ddr4 3000mHz RAM, and my pc only boot if i put memory in slots 1+2, in 1+3 or 2+4 the computer does turns on but doesn`t boot!
I have already update my BIOS, etc...

can anyone help?

If inserting only one RAM module, what slots do not work when starting the board?

Having kinda same issue! Only 1 ram stick works in the 3rd slot but not in first or second. Can't get dual channel to work, experiencing random restarts as well.
