MSI z270 gaming plus ez debug led problem

I recently buy the msi z270 gaming plus mobo and change it from my asus b250m-a.
When I press the power button the mobo send the cpu led quicly blink the DRAM one and then both turned off, a few moments later the VGA one turns on and again quickly blink the BOOT one and both turned off. Then I get the mobo screen send me to the automatic repair of windows, but nothing can be repair! Any help please!

PSU 650w (Dont remember the brand)

since u switched your mobo, u will need to install new windows, u know that rite?

I thought that, but I also see some clips of people changing the hardware with out modify the software :/
Was that false?

that depends on which hardware and which software

win10 can handle switch between different platforms fine, anything older will not boot on 99,9%
