MSI z270 PCmate why is pump speed Zero ?

I have little to no water cooling experience. Just read the basics. Trying to understand if pre-built computer was connected wrong. Thank You for reading.

According to my bios and MSI command Center, I seem to be missing pump. 2 system fans are working, and the 1 cpu fan is working, but pump speed is 0. there is 2 water lines connecting to my CPU and go to the fan on the back of the case, where hot air vents out.
Could they have connected the pump plug to a Case Fan plugin ?
or, is it likely the pump is built into the loop somewhere and isn't suppose to plug into something ?

This was a prebuild Best Buy Gaming rig.
My cpu temps stay between 40c and 60c.

heck if pump is connected straight to PSU, in that case it would run full speed but not show.

Some motherboards have an aio pump fan header try that, if that doesn’t work try plugging it into a four pin fan header on your motherboard and open a desktop utility instead of msi’s
