Question Msi z370m mortar led problem

I have my msi z370 mortar with a cooler master masterliquid 240 RGB. But I don't have any led turn on, I use the cable provided from cooler master to connect the 2 fan and the pump LEDs to the jrgb header from the motherboard but I don't have any light on the fans or the pump. Any help?

Can you pass on a link to your AIO, CoolerMaster have a range of RGB AIO's. ALso did you take note of the arrow/pin 1 on the JRGB1 header of your board and corresponding arrow on your RGB connector for the AIO?

Yes I put the arrow to the left side like the manual say to do. But no light at all on the fans
