Question MSI Z390-A PRO Won't Post

MSI Z390-A PRO
i7-9700K
Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x8) 2666mhz
GTX 960

I'm getting a DRAM light which holds for about 2-3 seconds, then switches to CPU briefly and then back and repeats.

I'm stressed out, and I would really appreciate some help..

try testing with 1 stick?
update the bios?
go to bios to turn on xmp memory profile?
