Question MSI z390 tomahawk dont work with more than 1 core

CPU: Intel Core I5 9600k
MB: MSI meg z390 tomahawk
RAM: 2 X HyperX Fury 8gb 2400mhz

After many bsod s i tried many things, and only after using limit of 1 cpu core, it starts working, i think that you understand i want to use all cores, and not only 1. On msi's site they saying to update all drivers, and i did it. And still not working.

It sounds like it POSTs just fine, only problem is in Windows? Did you do a clean install of Windows for this motherboard+CPU?

No, i cant download the windows because bsod, i gave it to a man, and he tried everyhing, and succesful downloaded windows with 1 core, and downloaed all drivers, and still, if i try to put a limit more of 1 core, it dont work and just keep restarting.
