Question MSI-Z390A Pro MB won't post

I've been working on this one for a while, bought the parts back on black friday, when I first put it together it wouldn't post and the processor error light stayed on on the MB. I tried swapping out the MB + processor and rebuilt it, I'm not getting any error lights anymore and everything seems to boot up fine, but it's still not posting. I've tried hooking up a DVI cable to the graphics card, as well as a VGA cable directly to the MB but I'm getting 0 signal, not really sure where to go from here.

may want to check the bios the mobo came in.
your CPU needs bios v15 or later.

your CPU needs bios v15 or later.

I'm not sure how to check the bios version without being able to get it to boot, the manufacture date was 08/19 so I'm assuming it'll have the newest bios version on there

looks like 8/19 translates to v17 so you should be good there, maybe try using a single stick of RAM
