[SOLVED] MSI Z390M Mortar Not booting

Hey,

So I built a new PC but it's not booting. There are some debug LEDs - the CPU one flashes, then the ram one lights up for a few seconds and then turns off. The VGA and boot don't light up.
I've removed the graphics card and swapped the ram sticks around to no avail.
Might it be because I have an Intel i7 9700k and the motherboard needs a bios update?

Z390's don't need a BIOS update to run the 9700k.
