Question MSI Z490 Tomhawak 2.5G LAN isn't working ?

Hi
I recently bought a used good condition MSI Z490 TOMAHAWK motherboard with dual LAN ports.
1gb port is okay but 2.5 G isn't turning on and also there is no network adapter in control panel.
I installed all drivers and no drivers are missing.

Did someone had the same case by chance?
Or maybe my motherboard is faulty!

reset the CMOS by jumper afterwards
