Question MSI Z590 Ace Gold Edition won't start and gives Q-code 33 ?

hi everyone, i was upgrading my pc swapping the old mobo with a new one, i took everything from the old and put all on the new. so the problem is that the mobo doesn't POST, starts to initialize the Rams but then she stops on Q-code 33 and reeboots.

I had XMP active on the old mobo with an i9-11900k, the RAM is Corsair Vengeance Pro rgb CL18 16GB.

The main question is can the XMP profile interfere with the inizialization? and the side question is anyone know how can i fix it ?

^ given how you swapped things out, we're supposed to see a before and after set of specs. If you're unsure of what your components names are, best parse links to them for us to see. You might want to also scope out the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins. As for your cooling, what are you using to cool that processor? Too tight of a cooling mount can cause errors to come up.
