MSI Z68A-GD80 on board audio vs Creative Extreme Fidelity X-Fi card

Which is going to sound better assuming you take speaker quality out of the picture (I am using old Altec Lansings). I am currently using the onboard sound but I have the Creative X-Fi card sitting around.

The above mentioned board uses "THX TruStudio PRO onboard audio for high-fidelity sound reproduction" by the way but I cant find specs on the onboard audio to compare it to the card.
