MSI Z77 mpower problem

i have msi z77 mpower and i have 12 gb ram kingston hyperX frequency 1600

(2*2) Gb + 8gb one piece (each one of them with diff voltage ) now i have 3 problems :

1- Dimm 1 is identified as dimm 3 and dimm 3 as dimm 1
2- The X.M.P profile doesn't appear to me in any of the bios versions (started from 17.1 to 17.7)
3- The ram frequency keeps resetting to 1333

i have 3570k at stock i don't overclock anything and ati 5970 2gb

Please help me iam so worried that my mother board is faulty or if i flashed my bios the wrong way

Have you checked for XMP in BIOS, Advanced, Overclocking Settings, My OC Genie?
Try leaving only the 2x2 GB kit installed and enabling the XMP. See if they will run at 1600.

also i noticed that it reads the dimm in wrong way it reads dimm 3 on mother board = dimm 1 and dimm 4 = dimm 2 and dimm 1 = dimm 3 and dimm 2 = dimm 4 (1st two dimms on mother board are read 3 and 4 in memory z of the bios and last 2 dimms 1 and 2 in the memory z of the bios ) i put my ram in the 1st 3 dimms and it reads them (1 , 3 ,4 ) when it should be (1,2,3)
