MSI z77 or GA H77

Same price, one is a full atx, one is a micro-atx, I have an atx case though. First build, CPU is i5-3470, I dont plan to OC. I know Z77 is for Ocing but, its a full ATX. Does it make a difference, and I know the case is for an ATx, the micro-atx cases are all 60 dollars plus, which makes no sense to buy since I can get a i5370k and an Asus z77 for that difference.

Z77 is a better choice, it's not a OC if your not ganna OC, H61 have no feature like thunderbolt(dont need anyway) and voltage regulation ect...
