I have two important questions about this motherboard.
1) it says that this motherboard supports 2nd generation CPUs. If I install a 3rd generation i7 3770k in it, will it impact performance and bottleneck my CPU causing lag in games?
2) can this motherboard support fast memory (DDR3 2133MHz or above) it says that it supports 2133MHz OC, but I don't want to OC anything. I just want to buy the 2133MHz, shove them in the motherboard and never mess with them again. Will they work WITHOUT bottlenecking the ram itself?

Solution
Any RAM over DDR3-1600 is an OC. If the OC settings are in the SPD settings, you'll be able to make them fairly automatically.
An i7-3770K will work fine in this board.
Edit: Brain-farted. SPD settings will be basic, likely DDR3-1600; XMP settings will have the OC settings.
