Question MSI z790 Tomahawk WiFi Red BIOS LED solid not blinking

I've gone through the setup process, booted to windows, realised that none of the drivers are working, especially the network drivers, so no Internet.

I found the bios USB and the instructions to update the bios, following those and instructions and multiple youtube videos shows that the red LED blinks for a few minutes then goes away, mine has been solid since I pushed the button and that was almost 15 minutes ago, I'm unsure if it usually takes this long or if it will ever start blinking soon.

Any ideas on what I can do here?

Update: After about 15 minutes I just turned it off, and rebooted it, then went through File Explorer and installed everything that way instead.

The only problem I've got now is that I can't find anywhere to put that little beep speaker on the Mobo to get that beep noise when you first boot it up.
