I have been using my computer that I have built for 3 months, but then my system powered down and it won't power on again. I have found out that my motherboard has been shorted out. Does MSI accept shorted out motherboards in their warranty? Can I still send it in for warranty?

After failing to power on, I just took my psu and graphics card and put them onto a test computer. The power supply works just fine and the graphics card works fine as well. The only things that can be broken are the cpu or the motherboard, but I think it is the motherboard.

More details, my system after randomly shutting down by itself doesn't want to power on again. I have tried unplugging everything and plugging them back in, but not a single component powers on. Not a single fan, not a single drive. Nothing would power on. Would you think it is the CPU or the motherboard. I think it is the motherboard but the cpu is still under warranty as well. What do you think is broken?
