MSI Z87 G65 Gaming USB Ports dead after BIOS Flash

I have recently purchased an MSI G65 gaming mother board. I flashed the bios to latest version 1.9 using a usb flash drive. I did this from the bios as recomended. Now my computer will not recognize usb flash drives, head sets etc..

It will however recognize keyboard and mouse. Even in the bios it will not recognize the flash drive. Is this just a bad motherboard.

Specs.

I5 4670k
16 gb patriot 2133 memory
Evga supernova 750 watt

Any sugestions would be great. Thank You

did u install all the drivers?
My usb ports only worked after i installed some Marvell drivers
