Msi z87 GD65 one ish year old build 9a error

9a error

No signal to monitor (r9/motherboard), no USB response.

Switched Bios
Cleared cmos
Removed motherboard from case and removed everything from motherboard (except CPU, 2 ram)
Cleaned CPU pins/checked for bent pins.

Sometimes hangs a little on 63 always stops a 9a
If you press the "overclock" button the MB constantly restarts

I'm at the end of my tether... Any ideas?

Try with single RAM, check each RAM and each slot.
