I built my PC with the Z390 back in 2019 paired with Coffee Lake, and I'm still enjoying gaming on it.

I'll probably stick with Godlike when I need a new mobo, assuming they're still being made.

If I wasn't using NVLinked 2080 Ti Founders I'd already be looking to upgrade just to get access to better video cards, but my setup is still running games between very high and ultra settings at the moment so I'm hoping I can weather this tariff b/s with what I have.

It’s an amazing board in either version for sure.

It’s probably great for professional work but I would say this is mostly targeted to gamers who want a showpiece. I couldn’t imagine this locked away inside a closed case. Anything short of a full glass case with water cooling seems like a waste. I put it in an Antec C8 glass curve. That’s also a great case btw, well designed, very sturdy, and a lot better quality than its price would suggest. I was pleasantly surprised. Antec getting back into the game is good to see.
Yes, I do professional work with Unreal Engine 5, and I use FL Studio 24 as a hobby, along with some light gaming. I have a Thermaltake Tower 900 case, which would make the setup look very nice, and the location of the CPU power is ideal for this case. Currently, I have to drape the cords across the side to reach the power connectors, which makes it look messy and unappealing. So, it would be great to have a motherboard designed specifically for my needs. I saw the review for the AMD one, and it looks really nice; however, Intel seems to suit me better for what I do. 😉

My Z390 is in a regular case (1 glass side for aesthetics), but it's water-cooled.

Works a treat.
