MSI z97 debug code b2 a2 d7 4f

I'm a first time builder and when I tried to boot the PC for the first time it didn't post at all and these debug codes displayed. b2 a2 d7 4f. After that it just went up slowly and stopped at 99
I have followed the instruction on the sticky for when the system doesn't post but it still doesn't post.
My specs are
I7-4790k
MSI z97 gaming 5
8gb Kingston hyper fury x ram
Samsung 850 evo 240gb
Xfx 750w PSU xtr series
Xfx r9 390
I didnt have a system speaker included or have a keyboard or mouse connected.

Sounds like a peripheral issue. Does that board support integrated graphics? If so try pulling the Graphics Card out and booting with the onboard graphics and let us know.

I tried that a while ago and it worked
The BIOS came up and j was able to install windows 10
However when I tried inserting the GPU again it stopped posting again
I tried both pcie 16x slots
Both didnt work

Some quick questions and sorry if you have already try this or if they are very simple:

-Do you have the monitor connected to the Video Card or the Motherboard video connector when you have the card installed?

-Do you have all of the Video Card's PCIe Power connectors pugged into your power supply?

- What version of BIOS are you using? May need updating.

- Can you try your video card in a friends computer or another you may have?

- Do you have another video card that you can try?

- Are you using an M.2 hard drive?

The answers to these question may help us to better trouble shoot your video card issues.

Thanks so much for trying to help
I spend hours yesterday and today connecting and disconnecting parts
Breadboarding
I was just about to remove my graphics so I moving my case into a vertical position while it was still on
What happened was that the HDMI cable was twisted and all of a sudden the display showed up
Thank you so much for your time but in the end it was just a stupid issue with the cable even though that was one of the first things I checked out
Feeling like I wasted so much time but I'm so happy that it's working now
