Pretty much what it said on the title.

I just want a good and stable mobo for game, my current budget only up for gaming 3 and i didnt do any mod or overclock stuff.

My gpu is gtx 970 (also msi), i7 4790 (reason why my budget only enough for gaming 3 lol) and 16gb ram

I take it the mobo good enough?

If you are not going to go for more than 16gb and if you are going for no overclocking, then I see no reason to waste money for a z97. You can run this cpu and gpu on a h81 with no bottlenecks. Only problem with h81 is the limited amount of usbs and such, thats why you can go for a h97 boards which will give you more options. But if you are not going to overclock or go for SLI, the a z97 board is a waste of resources.

Thankyou, iam not really up to date with pc stuff, so usually i just go with what people recommended for me, dont mind the extra usb slot though.

At any rate, thanks for the quick answer, i'll ask if they have say.... 1 grade lower from z97? Or maybe 2?

It's no "grades" lower than a z97. It is the same grade, same quality, just doesn't have overclocking and SLI support (some have sli support though). If you are not going to overclock (which you are not since you have a locked cpu) then there is no point in getting the z97. Other than the SLI and OC support, the Z97 offers no more features than the H97. That's why there are even some Z97 boards which are cheaper than H97 boards.
