So i had a problem in the past where my PC won't boot and tot the 00 code.The gpu and CPU fans where spinning but not the case fans.after waiting for some hours i bioted again and worked for a few days and ca me back sometimes.
Recently i turned on my PC and this error 00 came again but this time it wont go away only if i am lucky and wait for so many hours.Did something got slowly damaged or something?
I already reseated my ram,CPU andere cmos but no luck,i even replaced andere reset the cmos with a new battery but succes. Is it a motherboard issue,my CPU,my power supply, the BIOs,or the drivers? I HAVE NO IDEA AND I NEED HELP!

gpu - msi gtx 1060 gaming x 3gb
Psu - corsair cx 500
Ram - 2x4 veagance ram and 2x corsair ram.
