Msi Z97 Gaming 5 is not turning on. Help!

So i bought this motherboard and i was testing it with my psu 750w corsair but the problem is that every time when im trying to boot it nothing happens and only blue led is on near the battery. I tried everything from clearing the CMOS to testing if the power supply is ok and every thing is ok with power supply but im not sure if the motherboard is dead or not?

Yes i connected everything on motherboard right.
