MSI Z97 Gaming 5 or Asus Z97 Pro Gamer

Which motherboard would you recommend for my new(bie) gaming rig?

The "MSI Z97 Gaming 5" or the "ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer"

...and why?

The asking prices are about the same over here, the ASUS one is slightly more expensive but we're talking about merely 10 euros. Also would it be in some way beneficial to combine an ASUS motherboard with an ASUS GPU?

One the one hand the Gaming 5 by MSI is a best seller over here and has very decent reviews, but on the other i'm a very satisfied ASUS customer; the P5W DH Deluxe has done a terrific job over the last 7.5 years, hence why i'm struggling to make a decision.

I would go MSI Z97 Gaming 5 ,I own that board with I5 4670K ,nice overclocking performance ,msi gaming series use high quality component(I think this is important things) ,have best seller to prove that is a very nice board

Haven't gotten the new Asus mobo hands on yet but am looking forward to it, I definitely give it the nod, agree with SR-71, I don't build on MSI due to their poor QC
