MSI Z97-GAMING 5 or the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7?

I am looking for a gaming PC and I am sticking Red and Black and these two seem to have good features, the only price difference is for the MSI is 10 dollars more. Which one is better for Overclocking the Intel Core i5 4960k. As well as better cooling.
