I recommend the ASRock as in my experience MSI has a higher failure rate. I always try to stick with ASUS or ASRock.

ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer , GOOD Board.

MSI has poor QC.

I would go MSI-Z97-GAMING 5.And MSI have high QC now.I have MSI Z97 GAMING 5 and 7 all is great now.
