MSI Z97 gaming 5 vs MSI Z97 G45 gaming

I'm buying one of these for my new i5 4690k. I'm planning on overclocking to around 4ghz, nothing huge. Just wondering is it worth spending the extra £15 for the gaming 5 and if so what's the difference.

You would be fine with the MSI Z97-G45 Gaming since you are not overclocking that much. It is not worth the extra money. The MSI Z97-G45 Gaming is a good quality motherboard.
