MSI Z97 MATX disappeared?

hi guys,
Is that mobo disappeared in today's market? I checked all online retailer and some of them shows "Out of stock", some of them shows "may or may not restocked", and some of them don't even have it.

I need this matx msi z97 really bad for fitting my favorite case......My spec is 970 4690k and MSIb85me45. Any recommendations on a better mobo than this b85?
My budget Max 200$ (It has to be Micro-atx mobo)
