I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 TI. graphics card. I want to replace my existing motherboard with a Z97 PC Mate. Would the boardj be compatable with graphic card.

THE MSI Z97 PC MATE has two PCIe X16 slots, so yes, it will be compatible. THE GTX 550 TI operates at PCIe 2.0 speeds while the MSI MOBO is at PCIe 3.0, which will make a slight difference but you will prolly not notice it.
