msi z97a gaming 7 vs asus maximus vii hero

I wanted to get a new motherboard and I narrowed it down to these two. I'd like to have some suggestions and no fan boy picks just you know specifics or features that are better in each. And this is for gaming of corse.

I just didn't know if one was known to last longer or have better features just trying to be safe because my last mobo was gigabyte and it broke in 2 months

I will personally go for the Maximus VII Hero. very solid mobo. but again the Z97A is good too.

if you compare both on newegg
if you do care about the prize, z97a gaming 7 from msi will be better
both get m.2, sli support, and msi z97a gaming 7 also support usb 3.1
so I will prefer msi z97a gaming 7 as well
