Msi z97a sli krait won't post anymore

Building a pc with a friend. We assembles everything outside of the case and per usual for when I do a build. Ram, cpu, gpu, and the water cooler all hooked up everything went good. Posted got into to bios. Scrolled around shut it off. Put everything in the case and suddenly it won't post. We tried swapping psu's single stick of RAM in every slot, dual sticks in different slots, RAM out of my pc that I know works, just about everything. Dead mobo or?

Cpu: Intel i5-4690k
Gpu: msi gtx970 4gb
RAM: 2x4gb gskill sniper
Psu: corsair cx600
Cooler: corsair h100I gtx

Check if standoffs are in correct spots. Test also without graphics card (monitor connected to the onboard).
