MSI Z97M-G43 for overclocking?

Hi!

Im building a new build in a few weeks and was wondering if this motherboard would be able to overclock an i5 4690k

Would you recommend an i5 4690k or an Intel Xeon Intel Xeon E3 1231 V3?

I will be gaming, maybe streaming.

If you plan on streaming or recording game play, then i would go with XEON and H97 chipset motherboard.

Just so you know Xeon doesnt have IGPU
