I am buying a 4790k and g.skill tridentx 2 x 4gb RAM

and stuck between these two motherboards

gaming 5 is 30% more than MSI Z97SLI Plus

i forgot to mention
i have a samsung 840 pro 256GB
I can use the sata express on SLI Plus for faster access
what do you think?

gaming 3 does not have a sata express, i will have to buy separately
